Leemos y escuchamos los casos de \u00e9xito de grandes empresas como modelos a seguir, y est\u00e1 muy bien, las grandes empresas tienen que dar el ejemplo e inspirar a otras.<\/span><\/p>\n

Pero las\u00a0<\/span>#pymes<\/a>\u00a0tambi\u00e9n necesitamos la experiencia y buenas pr\u00e1cticas de otras pymes, porque nuestra estructura, presupuesto, procesos y recorrido es distinto al de las grandes empresas.<\/span><\/p>\n

Coincido en que las tem\u00e1ticas que transforman las organizaciones deben llegar a las pymes porque somos nosotros los que estamos en cada rinc\u00f3n del pa\u00eds, los que generamos el 42% del PBI, el 70% del empleo y somos la herramienta para acompa\u00f1ar pol\u00edticas que busquen la reducci\u00f3n de la pobreza y desigualdad social.<\/span><\/p>\n

Es momento de poner en valor a las pymes y acompa\u00f1arnos con un cambio profundo e integral en cuestiones impositivas, de r\u00e9gimen laboral y financiamiento.<\/span><\/p>\n
